Online Payment Method

For online orders we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.  If you do not have a credit card please call
+61 3 9538 9200 or email  sales@mastersdistributors.com.au to place an order using an alternative payment method.

International Orders

International orders are welcome. International orders over AUD$300 will require payment via direct credit only. For international shipping options please contact our customer service representatives either by calling +61 3 9538 9200 or emailing sales@mastersdistributors.com.au Insurance for delivery of goods will be required for international orders.

Epay

For your security and convenience, we process payments through the epay real-time credit card payment system using Australia’s own Camtech epay payment gateway.  The epay service provides industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption and electronically contacts the credit provider directly through a payment gateway.  Please note that for your security credit card details are not stored on our system.

How It Works

• When you have finished selecting your items, you can finalise your order by clicking on the “submit order” button.
• When you have entered your information clicking “submit order” will automatically open a new secure window to epay’s online payment site.  You will be asked to enter your credit card details into the system. 
• When entering your credit card details you will also be asked to enter a three digit validation code which is the last three digits on the signature panel on the back of your card.  Please note that on American Express cards the three digit validation code appears on the front of the card.
• A transaction record will be generated which indicates whether the transaction has been approved or declined.
• Please print or save this transaction record for your information.
• A confirmation email will be automatically be forwarded to your email address.

We consider the security of your information to be of the highest importance.  We will not sell your personal information to others.  The information we collect will only be used to provide a specific product or service requested by you.  We have implemented security measures designed to provide you with peace of mind when purchasing goods from diywoman.

When you place an order, you will be using our secure server. You will know you are in a secure environment when ordering by –

• the appearance of a security notice when you enter a secure page (depending on browser security settings)
• a secure icon will appear on your browser. For Microsoft Internet Explorer,  a lock icon and Netscape, a key icon.

We always take reasonable steps to ensure that your payment details are secure and we use sophisticated and proven technologies –

• all pages requiring sensitive information are encrypted in transmission between our Web server and your PC;
• any information that you type into any secured page on our website is encrypted for transmission back to our Web server;
• our epay credit card authorisation uses encryption to transmit directly to the bank's credit card processing facility;
• encoding is via heavyweight 128-bit encryption technology using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, the world-wide standard for secured transactions;
• all information stored by Master Distributors is protected within a secured database accessible only by selected staff.

Returns Policy

All of our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase in addition to any statutory rights and warranties.

If we determine that your product is: defective, wrongly described, different from a sample shown, or doesn’t do what it is supposed to, we will either:

• replace it with the same product;
• exchange it with another product of equivalent value; or
• refund the purchase price of the product.

We will pay for all delivery costs on returns.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for orders submitted with incomplete or incorrect address details.  You will be required to pay any re-delivery costs.

Please choose carefully because we do not accept returns for a “change of mind”.

How to Return Goods

Please follow these steps:

1. Upon delivery, examine the goods immediately for any breakages or defects.
2. Contact Master Distributors on +61 3 9538 9200 within 5 days to alert us to the problem.
3. When you call we will discuss the problem and help you decide which of the return options best suit you.
4. All products must be returned to Master Distributors, P.O. Box 318, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149.  Please include with your return: your name, address and Reference/Invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. Refunds will be issued by cheque, while replacements will be sent immediately unless there is a stock problem, in which case you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement.

Pricing and Product Information

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Please note that prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. 

All product information and descriptions on this site have been provided in good faith.  While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information on the website it is possible that some information may contain errors and omissions.

Payment is required before any goods will be delivered.  You will be liable for any shipping and handling charges.

If a product is listed for an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.  If credit card payment has already occurred, we will refund the amount of the order in full.

International Orders

Please note that you will be liable for all local taxes and charges. 

Delivery Policy and Back Orders

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days from the time of ordering.  Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods. 

For deliveries within Australia, delivery charges are as follows –

• for diywoman tools the delivery charges are $4.95 per order
• for diywoman potting benches delivery charges are $25.00 per item

Any items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order and sent to you as soon as they become available.  If any item you order is sold out or permanently unavailable, we will notify you and seek your instructions on whether you would like an alternative selection, a credit note or refund on the item.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please telephone us immediately on + 61 3 9538 9200.  However, if your delivery has already been dispatched please note that it cannot be cancelled.

If you fail or refuse to take delivery of the goods you may be liable for all loss and damage suffered by us including all storage and handlings costs and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. 

We may use your feedback

Subject to our privacy policy, any feedback, suggestions, comments and ideas in relation to diywoman that you provide us with may be used, reproduced, published, modified, adapted and transmitted to others free of charge without restriction.
